 I’m
John H. McComish, a commercial Real Estate broker operating my
own offices in Tiburon, California and Stanley, Idaho. I have
been a broker for over 35 years and have specialized in the
sale of new U.S. Post Offices since 1992.
To date I have sold over seventy-five Post Offices throughout
the United States at prices ranging from $150,000 to $2,300,000.
l make a point of visiting each site prior to closing the sale,
and needless to say I have visited some very remote and interesting
places in this country.
Many of my clients are people I have known personally for years,
while others have come to me by way of referrals. Most are older,
in a 1031 exchange situation and are looking for a secure long-term
investment with a minimum of management responsibilities.
